About Our Office
Our main office is located in the heart of London's financial district, easily accessible by public transport. We maintain this central location to serve clients across London and the broader UK efficiently.
While many consultations are conducted remotely via video conference for client convenience, we welcome visitors to our office for face-to-face meetings. If you'd prefer to meet in person, please mention this when you contact us and we'll arrange a suitable time.
How to Find Us
By Underground
Liverpool Street Station is our nearest tube station, served by the Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City, and Metropolitan lines. The station is approximately a four-minute walk from our office. Exit onto Bishopsgate and head north; our building is on the left.
By Rail
Liverpool Street is also a major railway terminus with connections from across the East of England and Essex. From the main station concourse, exit onto Bishopsgate and walk north for about five minutes.
By Bus
Several bus routes serve Bishopsgate, including the 8, 26, 35, 47, 48, 78, 149, 242, and 388. The nearest stops are either at Liverpool Street Station or on Bishopsgate itself, both within easy walking distance.
By Car
Central London has limited parking and congestion charges apply during weekdays. If you must drive, several NCP car parks are located near Liverpool Street Station. We recommend using public transport where possible.

What to Expect When You Contact Us
Initial Response
When you email us, you'll receive an acknowledgement within one business day, usually much sooner. We'll arrange a convenient time for an initial conversation to understand your pension planning needs.
No Pressure
Initial enquiries are exploratory. There's no obligation to proceed beyond the first conversation. We're happy to answer general questions and explain our services without any commitment from you.
Clear Fee Quotes
Before any work begins, we'll provide a written fee quote explaining exactly what you'll pay and what services that includes. No hidden costs, no surprises.
Confidentiality
Any information you share with us is handled with complete confidentiality and protected by robust data security measures in compliance with GDPR and FCA requirements.
Common Questions
Not for an initial enquiry. Simply get in touch with a brief description of what you're looking for. If you decide to proceed with a service, we'll provide a detailed list of the information we need, such as pension statements and details of your circumstances. But for the first conversation, just contact us.
Absolutely. The majority of our client meetings are conducted via video conference, which is often more convenient for everyone. We use secure, professional video platforms and many clients find this works perfectly well for pension advice. Face-to-face meetings are also available if you prefer.
Initial consultations are usually available within a week of contact, often sooner. For more urgent matters, we'll do our best to accommodate you quickly. Timing for detailed advice services depends on complexity, but we'll give you a clear timeline once we understand your needs.
Yes, we serve clients across the United Kingdom. Our location in London is primarily for administrative purposes. Through video consultations and email communication, we work effectively with clients regardless of their location. Many of our long-standing clients have never visited our office in person.
Just a brief description of what you're looking for is sufficient. For example: "I have three pensions from previous employers and want to know if consolidating makes sense" or "I'm planning to retire in two years and need advice on accessing my pension." We'll follow up with questions to understand your situation more fully.
We don't have a strict minimum, though our fees mean that professional advice is most cost-effective for pension pots above £30,000. For smaller amounts, we can often provide guidance on a more limited basis. Contact us to discuss your situation and we'll be honest about whether professional advice is worthwhile in your specific case.
